They are simple things, familiar to every-day life, but which blur into the unrecognisable with the absence of all detail. These mundane constructs of reduced simplicity, confront the viewer through their central positioning on the page and appearance as pictograms, thus allowing –despite their simplicity – a multiplicity of interpretations. |
